Students in Mrs. Miller's 3rd Grade class at WSSE have gotten into the Fall spirit by studying pumpkins all week! They have written pumpkin paragraphs using our curriculum program Writable, made pumpkin poetry,, created pumpkin STEM tools in science, and used real pumpkins and seeds to practice place value, addition, and rounding. As a special treat the classroom read aloud Kelsie Bostic had them creating their own new type of pumpkin and present it to the class! In 3rd Grade we make learning engaging and fun!
